  Manage Support Services for Severely Emotionally Disturbed youth, including Family Support, Transitional Living, and Therapeutic Aid Programs. Responsible for all day-to-day operations and administrative duties, including hiring, administrative and clinical supervision, coordination of staff, program referrals/discharges, authorizations, budgeting, program compliance with Medicaid standards, and pursuit of alternative funding sources.   Assist in ongoing development of program policies and procedures, program evaluations, staff development training and in-services.
