    Provide individual therapy and  psychoanalysis to youth and adults.  Primary emphasis on depression, anxiety, eating disorders, aging, mood disorders, addictions, life transitions, and health problems.
  • Treatment Services Director, May 1998 – May 2004
    AWARE Inc., Bozeman, Montana
    Manage Support Services for Severely Emotionally Disturbed youth, including Family Support, Transitional Living, and Therapeutic Aid Programs. Responsible for all day-to-day operations and administrative duties, including hiring, administrative and clinical supervision, coordination of staff, program referrals/discharges, authorizations, budgeting, program compliance with Medicaid standards, and pursuit of alternative funding sources.   Assist in ongoing development of program policies and procedures, program evaluations, staff development training and in-services. Issued and ensured appropriate disciplinary action.  Conducted individual, family, and group therapy.  Performed various administrative duties: treatment plans, budgeting, authorizations, staff meetings, administrative and clinical charting.
